Customer Success Associate (remote - within 90 miles of Newbury, Berks)

The Ideal Candidate

You must;

  • Be a resilient self-starter
  • Comfortable with videos calls an recording product videos

You will be responsible for;

  • Proactively helping new clients implement and roll out Process Bliss to generate value in their business
  • Creating support articles, videos and guides to assist prospects and customers
  • Liaising with our development team regarding new features for clients
  • Managing online customer support through our live chat function

The ideal candidate will value flexible working hours (part or full-time), be willing to offer new ideas and adapt to a software product which is continuously releasing new features, and be comfortable working with technology.

As a start-up it is crucial we understand our customers needs and that our product reflects that. Therefore your role will entail working with our Head of Customer Success to ensure our clients are successful with our product and that we understand their needs so we can help shape our future development strategy.

Along with supporting new and existing clients with the software product, you will support our CEO with the coordination of product development priorities and liaise with our development team regarding product changes to meet the needs of our clients.

You must be prepared to get stuck in, we are a small team who pull together to get the job done.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Personable, outgoing and able to build relationships with clients
  • Able to draft well written support articles
  • Comfortable producing demonstration videos
  • Motivation to work towards the success of the business whilst remote working
  • Curious about technology

Desired:

  • Previous experience working in a start-up/small team environment
  • 2+ years B2B customer success or software sales experience

The UX designer

This is a UK based remote working role. The successful freelancer will be joining a company at an early stage and will take part in the growth journey.

You must be;

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • 2 years commercial UX design experience
  • Product graphic design skills
  • Ability to mock up wireframes
  • Ability to work collaboratively on problems to find and build solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Desired:

  • Previous experience in a start-up or early stage company
  • SaaS testing experience
  • Experience working with Figma & Jira would be an advantage
  • End to end product management background
