5Confirm vendor's reason for valuation and the timescales they're aiming for, and add notes to their file record
6Check whether any other agents have already valued the property, or are booked in to value the property, and add notes to their file record
7Confirm vendor's source of enquiry and add to their file record

8Agree date and time for valuation and add to their file record
9Confirm to the vendor who will be carrying out the valuation
10Ensure the appointment is in the valuer's diary
11Send an email to the vendor to confirm the valuation
-the name of the person who will be valuing
-their contact details
-what to expect during the valuation.
