What is Process Bliss?

Process Bliss is a cloud-based process and workflow management system that helps ensure everyone in your organisation has the knowledge and tools to get it right, every time.

It means everyone knows what to do and when to do it. It gives teams the visibility that these things are being done. It provides the confidence that things are being done right, and an effective way to improve when things are not. Less email, more efficiency, happier customers!


What happens once I have booked a call?

One of our friendly team will get in touch to say hello, and ask if there is any specific information you’d like to share. In particular, if you have a key process (or existing spreadsheet tracking tool) they will map it in for you as an example – no charge.


What if I don’t have time for a call?

If you need access to a trial system quickly, book a time anyway and state in the ‘What challenge are you trying to solve’ that you’d like a trial straight away (before a call). Our team would be happy to help, the more information you provide at this point the more relevant they can make your trial environment.

Will everything transfer from the trial to a paid subscription?

Yes, all of your templates and tasks that you create, and all of the users that you invite during the trial will be transferred to your paid subscription.


Do I need to install anything or pay for the trial?

There’s no software to install, no payment required and the free trial supports unlimited users. The call is conducted via secure Zoom screen share, and the software itself lives entirely in your browser and can be accessed from anywhere, on any device, that has an internet connection.


How long will the demo last?

We aim to keep the call to around 20 minutes, but if you need longer to talk through your challenges and how we might be able to solve them then we’ll be happy to accommodate. If your scenario is complex, we can arrange further conversations with your wider team to ensure we’re covering what you need.


How much does Process Bliss cost?

Pricing is £8/€9/$10 per user per month, with discounts for annually in advance and additionally for charities, start-ups and education.
